These terms apply to your use of this website and any purchase from Dial-In Bar. Dial-In Bar is operated by a sole proprietor in British Columbia, Canada. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products and information. Product information comes from manufacturer and supplier specifications. We haven't tested every item hands-on. We try to keep descriptions, sizes and prices accurate, but errors can happen. We may correct them, and cancel and refund affected orders.

Orders and pricing. Prices and availability can change without notice. We may refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, for example if an item is unavailable or there's a pricing error. If we cancel, we refund you in full.

Fulfilment. Items are fulfilled by third-party suppliers and print partners. Shipping and returns are covered by our Shipping and Refund policies.

Affiliate links. Some guides contain affiliate links. We may earn a commission if you buy through them, at no extra cost to you.

Intellectual property. Site content and original designs belong to Dial-In Bar and may not be reused without permission.

Limitation of liability. To the extent the law allows, Dial-In Bar is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

Changes. We may update these terms. The version posted on this site applies.
