Refund policy

You can return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

To start a return, email us first at blueprinterunlimited@gmail.com for return instructions. We can't accept returns sent without them.

You pay return shipping, unless the item arrived defective, damaged or wrong.

Defective, damaged or wrong items: email blueprinterunlimited@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the problem. We'll send you a replacement or a refund, and you won't pay any return shipping.

Refunds go to your original payment method once we receive the return, or once we confirm the defect.

Print-on-demand mugs and prints are made to order and follow the same terms as other physical items.

This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
